Bank Holiday Delivery Information:

Please note, due to May Bank Holiday and courier closures, orders will not be dispatched or delivered on Monday 27th May. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 28th May.

To receive your order before the bank holiday, orders must be placed on a next day service before 4.30pm on Thursday 23rd May (for delivery on Friday 24rd May*). Next Day orders placed after 4.30pm Thursday 23rd May will be delivered Tuesday 28th May*.

*Please note that due to increased volume over the bank holiday, there may be some delays with deliveries as couriers deal with the increase in workload.

Next-Day Delivery Cut-off Times

  • DPD & Yodel - Order by 4.30pm (Monday - Friday)

We may charge more for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, other UK offshore islands or mainland addresses that couriers class as 'remote'. Please allow an extra couple of days for delivery

A range of delivery options will be shown when you reach checkout, based on your particular order's size, weight and delivery address

International Delivery

We deliver to selected countries worldwide via DHL, and delivery charges are based on the destination country and the weight of the package. The estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, although this may be longer during busy periods. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order's progress.

Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If your order is lost or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Returns

We're committed to offering quality products that will give you amazing results, however, if you buy something from us and you're not 100% satisfied you can return it for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. There are a few exceptions where items cannot be returned:

1. Edible items (with the exception of screw top containers where the seal has not been broken).

2. Handmade icing flowers, due to the extremely fragile nature of the product and the special packaging techniques required.

To return a product, contact us first - we’ll provide a authorisation code. Then return the product/s to the address below – this helps us process your order efficiently when we receive the returned goods.

If any of your goods are damaged in transit, we’ll replace the items free of charge. In some cases, we might ask for proof of damage and a note about what’s happened. (This is just so that we can claim the cost back from the carrier.)

In the unlikely event that you’ve not received your parcel within 7 working days, here’s what you need to do:

• Check that our courier hasn't left a calling card
• Double check that your parcel hasn’t been left in or outside your home, perhaps in a meter cupboard, porch or with a neighbour

If your parcel still hasn’t turned up, just get in touch. Either call us on 01732 463 573.

When you contact us, let us know your order reference, delivery address and contact details and we’ll investigate for you. If your items can’t be found, we’ll either arrange a replacement or full refund.

Top
